LevelUp Networks wants everyone who visits our website to be able to find information, get in touch and use our services easily, whatever their ability or the technology they use. This statement explains how accessible our website is and what to do if you have difficulty using it.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments.
2. What we have done
When designing this website, we have aimed to:
- use clear, plain English and a consistent layout across pages;
- provide strong colour contrast between text and backgrounds;
- use a logical heading structure, so pages make sense to screen readers;
- make the website usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators;
- provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
- make sure pages work on mobile devices and can be zoomed up to 200% without losing content; and
- label form fields clearly in our contact form.
An accessibility toolbar is also available on every page, allowing you to adjust text size, contrast and other display settings.
3. Known limitations
While we work hard to make our website accessible, some content may not yet be fully accessible, for example:
- older blog articles and downloadable documents, such as PDFs, may not meet every requirement;
- some third-party content, such as embedded maps and videos, is outside our direct control; and
- the remote support application is provided by a third party and its accessibility depends on that provider.
We are reviewing these areas and improving them as we update the website.
4. Alternative formats and assistance
If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print or plain text, or you would prefer to talk to someone, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: +44 (0) 203 695 7554 (helpdesk Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00; sales Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00; excluding bank holidays)
We will consider your request and aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. Reporting accessibility problems
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you find a problem not listed on this page, or you think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please let us know using the contact details above, including the page address and a description of the issue.
6. Review of this statement
We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
